We are a few kilometers from Tarquinia, famous for its Etruscan necropolis, and for its historic center characterized by medieval towers. In addition to Tarquinia, a few kilometers away there is also Tuscania, which presents numerous testimonies of the ancient Etruscan and medieval civilization, such as the beautiful and still perfectly preserved necropolises which have also become a UNESCO World Heritage Site or the wonderful villages with their characteristic crenellated walls. The accommodation facility is in full operation, as are the lands which are all cultivated. The villa is on two levels and consists of various rooms harmoniously connected in a functional way. Overall we have 28 beds, distributed in 10 rooms with en suite bathroom and a mini apartment with kitchen and bathroom. A large common room is used for breakfasts. Externally the villa is surrounded by a large fully equipped garden, where there is a wonderful 6x12 m swimming pool. and a large pergola where you can relax on summer afternoons. The sea can also be reached on foot via paths that wind through the countryside, among vegetable gardens and olive groves and is about one kilometer away. The property is suitable to be enjoyed both as a private residence and as an agritourism accommodation business.
