The property consists of a central body and two annexes, two cottages
In the main building there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an independent entrance and adjoining bathroom, the other two are on the first floor and have en suite bathrooms
On the first floor there is a beautiful living area with fireplace, living room, dining room and kitchen
From the kitchen there is access to the gazebo area where it is possible to have lunch or dinner while admiring the beautiful view of Montepulciano , then we find the laundry area, we always enter
from the outside.
Two cottages are part of the property, one of about 60 metres with bedroom, living room with fireplace and large bathroom
The other cottage of about 40 metres, has a bathroom and a bedroom
Both cottages have a dedicated outdoor area with a table and armchairs
There is also a beautiful pool area with a lovely gazebo, an olive grove of about 80 plants, a barbecue area and an outdoor oven.
