Second option: 50% down payment and balance in 5 installments
Third option: 40% down payment and balance in 10 installments, with 10% of the price paid upon delivery
For example, for a villa priced at €1,000,000:
With immediate payment, the discounted price is €900,000
With payment in 5 installments: €500,000 initial + €500,000 in 5 installments
With payment in 10 installments: €400,000 initial + €600,000 in 10 installments + 10% of the value upon delivery
