Sawmill in Jumprava (sawmill 186m2, kiln 150m2, boiler house 58m2, shed 188m2, land 2.3ha) 2. Woodworking factory in Lielvārde (building 672m2, production space 943m2, boiler house 39m2, land 1225m2) The specifics of the factory are solid wood furniture, it is possible to supplement with wooden balls, saunas, etc. A sawmill and a kiln provide timber preparation services.
