The only building with individual Art Nouveau ornamental decorative elements in the work of architect Kārlis Felskos. The architectural elements are designed in the Art Nouveau style – masks with long, flowing hair, lion heads with open mouths, medallions, ornamental roof railings and winged dragons crowning the vimpergs above the corners of the building.
The kitchen has a window overlooking the courtyard. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a storage room with individual gas heating. The spacious living room has three facade windows that open onto Blaumaņa Street.
The bedroom has one window, and from it you can access the bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a storage room. The second bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and the room is illuminated by a large window.
The apartment is fully renovated and furnished. Chandeliers, furniture, parquet floors and electrical wiring are made in Italy and Germany, especially emphasizing their exclusivity. The doors, wooden panels in the hallway and kitchen, as well as some of the furniture are handmade by masters.
The tiles and radiators came from the factory that equipped this house at the beginning of the last century.
