Modern, sustainable materials were used in the construction of the buildings – metal structures, wooden panels produced in Latvia, monolithic foundations and concrete stairs. The interiors feature English-style parquet, natural finishing materials, such as marble tiles, as well as top-class plumbing from VILLERO& BOCH. Special attention has been paid to comfort and safety – video intercoms have been installed in the apartments, and the entire territory is equipped with video surveillance. Numbered parking spaces are available at the buildings for both residents and guests, as well as two charging points for electric car owners.

In addition to amenities, the project also includes a well-maintained green area, a children's playground and places to relax in the fresh air. Just 300 meters away is a wide, well-maintained sea beach – an ideal place for morning walks or a leisurely evening relaxation.
