The company was certified as a food company and met all HACCP quality control criteria, EU standards and requirements. In 2014, the company received a license to produce biological vodka. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTION LINES. Currently, the company has two production lines installed. One of the lines is designed specifically for the production of strong alcoholic beverages in a package of 0.2 - 1.75, the second line is used for the production of low-alcohol beverages. If necessary, the productivity of these lines can be increased. It is possible to produce mineral water and lemonades in PET containers. The line of strong alcoholic beverages consists of the following units: a bottle rinse (manufactured by the German company Arcor), an Italian-made carousel filling machine, an Italian-made single-head capping machine, a three-position labeling machine that applies glue to the label for round bottles with a volume of 0.5 to 1 liter. (produced by the Italian company KOSME), two ALS 206 labeling machines made in Germany for self-adhesive labels for different bottle formats and a VideoJet 37 marker. The production line has a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour, but is limited by a single-head capping head (2,500 bottles per hour). The line allows you to fill bottles of various formats: round, square, rectangular, oval, conical, etc. Capacity from 0.2 liters to 1.75 liters The second filling line consists of a rinse aid, a saturator, a filling machine manufactured by Melitopol, a capping machine with one head (allows you to seal crown caps, caps and screw aluminum caps), the culling machine (turns the bottle over for visual inspection), the Israel Tadbik labeling machine and the VideoJet 37 Tank park series labeling machine: There are 5 stainless steel tanks for cooling, for receiving and storing 9 enameled tanks of 12 tons each. And one stainless steel tank for 40 tons. All tanks are calibrated, certified and have passports of the bathing and filtering workshop: two tanks of 6 tons.
