Jurmala is a unique town – a resort in Latvia on the shores of the Baltic Sea. Everyone who has been to this beautiful place once, felt its special aura, created by unique old buildings, the pinewood, the dunes, the sea, the lakes and pure air. The Baltic resort Jurmala is located 25 km far from Riga, the capital. Due to the beneficial geographic location the town is very easy for access from any country of the world. The international airport “Riga” is only 15 km far from the center of the city. It takes only 30 minutes to get from the center of Riga to Jurmala by a commuter train or by a route minibus. The resort has a little over 60 thousand permanent residents. But in summer time this number of people doubles.
Melluzi located approx. 30 km from the centre of Riga, Melluzi is an old fishermen’s village. In 19th century also called Karlsbad. First well-house was built in 1827. Now Melluzi is a part of Jurmala – the biggest resort of Latvia. Developed infrastructure, near shops, 300 m to the train station Melluzi. Great transport links and close to all local amenities. Distance to the sea only 200 meters, marvellous pinewood. A fantastic, comfortable and convenient place to live.
