"Brivibas 171" is a new class A office building in Riga at the address Brivibas Street 171, located at the corner of Brivibas and Indrānu streets, near the Air Bridge. The new 6-storey office building was completed in October 2006.
Authors of the building project – J. Lauris and Z. Kalinka from the architects' bureau OOO "KUBS".
From the side of Brivibas Street, a curved facade of the building is decorated with aluminum and glass, in which a large oak tree is reflected, but from the courtyard the facade is designed as a terrace, thus providing natural light throughout the building and in the lounge area for all employees of the building.
Parking is available on the basement level and on the ground floor of the building.
