The ADRIA MONTENEGRO complex is built on the Adriatic coast in the Northwestern part of Montenegro (see map) in the forested area of Herceg Novi. The population of this seaside town with all its surroundings is about 15 thousand people. It stretches along the seashore and is a harmonious combination of the old town with low-rise buildings in the Mediterranean style. These are mostly three- to four-storey buildings. The pedestrian promenade is about 12 km long and is filled with restaurants, cafes and shops. Sandy and pebble beaches and places to relax with umbrellas and sun beds stretch along the entire promenade. There are various water activities, terraces with attractions and table tennis, and even restaurant service directly "to the water". The town itself is surrounded by greenery and flowers, everything is conducive to walking by the sea, along cozy streets, through the old town and the fortress (for more information, see the description of Herceg Novi.
The location of the complex is its big plus. The complex is not located in a dense urban area, but is located in a separate forested area. A mountain river flows along the border, giving coolness in the summer; it is also a source of backup water supply. Mountain water is poured into all pools of the complex. Down to the sea and the promenade 7 minutes on foot. At the same time, crossing (sideways) over the bridge over the river, you immediately find yourself in a dense and completely undeveloped forest area with endless forest paths. (The array is not subject to development). If you go the other way from the river, then all the shops and other infrastructure of the city are also within walking distance.
ADRIA MONTENEGRO is a low-rise modern village in the Mediterranean style. The total area is 4,500 sq.m. There are 9 houses in the complex, although visually there are only six of them (three objects are doubled). Each building has a separate building permit. There is not a single repetitive layout in the complex. Even within the same building, the upper and lower apartments differ from each other in the presence of terraces and additional rooms.
By the decision of the State Commission for Construction Supervision, the complex was put into operation in May 2015.

The layouts of the premises are very spacious, mainly two and three-bedroom apartments with an area of 70 to 140 sq. m. meters. However, the complex has several studios and small apartments. On the upper floors there are penthouses, including two-storey ones, with an area of 140 to 280 sq.m. Two buildings, closer to the river, are designed for those who would like to live in a separate house. Building No. 1 is a townhouse with a total area of 500 sq.m. for two owners, and house No. 2 is a single-owner house with an area of about 300 sq.m. Both buildings have their own allocated land plot and their own embankment of the mountain river. All apartments of the complex have panoramic non-overlapping sea views. A free parking space is provided for each apartment.
The surrounding area is completely terraced and lined with natural stone. Three large pools for adults and a pool for children are the decoration of the complex, around the pools there are recreation areas, a playground, a barbecue area and gazebos for relaxation. The purest water from a mountain river is poured into the pools. In summer, when it is especially hot, you can swim not only in the pool, but also in the river itself, and the crowns of the trees above it protect from direct sunlight. In this sense, the location of the complex is unique and, together with the landscape design, creates a cozy and unique microclimate for vacationers.
