CCTV camera is installed above the main entrance (the CCTV system records at intervals of 30 days). The floors are covered with terracotta. There are two 2000 W electric convector heaters for heating. Access to the panoramic hydraulic passenger lift by KLEEMANN is via the landing. On the ground floor there are wooden security doors and window shutters. All floors are made of first-class Italian ceramics. On the ground floor there is also a storage room, a technical room (video surveillance, air conditioning, video intercom, Wi-Fi, fire and security protection).
Second floor:
A large hall with three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with 2000 W electric convector heaters.
The entrance to the second floor is via the lift and the landing, as well as via a staircase with metal railings. The landing is decorated with a coffee table and two stools, firewood for the fireplace is stacked here. The entrance to the second floor is also equipped with wooden security doors. All floors are made of solid oak. There is a small kitchen on the second floor. The living room has a custom-designed fireplace, handcrafted, with the interior imported from the EU. The chimney of the fireplace is custom-made and meets standards.
Third floor:
The master bedroom is a penthouse with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with sea views. The attic has a fully transparent bathroom made of tempered glass. The bathroom floor is made of solid teak wood.
Backyard:
The backyard area is 565 sq. m. Outside: shower, terraces, barbecue area and garden.
A custom-designed Andalusian stone wall with LED lighting has been built to protect the perimeter of the courtyard. A well, believed to be over 300 years old, has been preserved, with a special arched design through the stone wall and decorated with a custom-made iron pulley above the well. The garden is planted with various fruit trees and plants adapted to the area. A pergola measuring 8×5 m (40 sq. m) has been built. The total area of ​​the pergola is 64 sq. m, of which 40 sq. m is covered and 24 sq. m is open. The floor and steps of the pergola are made of terracotta. The pergola is made of Turkish oak and rests on columns made of natural stone imported from Turkey. Next to the pergola there is a vegetable garden, separated by steel fences, with an area of ​​about 24 sq. m. There is also a small storage room. An underground irrigation system for the garden is installed, managed by the American brand HUNTER. To protect the environment, the old traditional septic system of the house has been replaced with a bio-septic system imported from Italy.
