"Dream House" is built on the slope of the mountains, which were once considered the southernmost fjord in Europe. Later it became known that the Bay of Kotor, as the locals call it, is an even rarer type of landscape called "ria": the mouth of the river flooded by the sea. The average annual air temperature in the Bay of Kotor is 18 °C, and even in winter the thermometer does not drop below 0 °C.
"Dream house" consists of 5 buildings with an earthquake–resistant monolithic frame structure filled with brickwork. The external load-bearing walls are 300 mm thick and lined with travertine. A 4-level hydro and thermal insulation system is installed under the travertine, created using the "warm ceramics" technology, which also protects against unnecessary noise.
The apartments in the complex are already being sold with finishes that can be changed at your request. Studio apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms ranging from 37 to 658 sq.m. are available for sale. Precious wood parquet, Porcelain stoneware and Villeroy & Boch and Noken plumbing are used; double—glazed wooden windows with a night ventilation valve. The apartments are united by the fact that all the rooms are spacious, and not divided into many small rooms, as is customary in Montenegro; the average bedroom size is 22 sq.m., and the size of the largest terrace is 430 sq.m.! (you can make two tennis courts, and there will still be room for spectators!) The house has fiber-optic Internet; there is an underground parking for 72 places.
Apartments in this complex will always be in demand and attractive for investment due to their proximity to the Old Town of Kotor, infrastructure and a unique view of the bay. The projected rental yield is 5-7% per year.
