We present to your attention a new complex under construction in the tourist town of Petrovac. The facilities will be commissioned in June 2025.

FLOOR PLAN
In the parterre composition, as well as in the pots with molded bedding, a Mediterranean autochthonous parterre is planned, which is dominated by drought-resistant and trampled plants, as well as planting olive trees. Thus, the building successfully preserves the original architectural style and thereby decorates the public space.
Flowerpots provide additional landscaping of the facade and enrich the visual identity of the building with local species of green plants, such as creepers. The building is also surrounded by a brick fence made of stone, which is also the supporting walls of the cascading landscape.
The pool is integrated into the site in the place where there were traditional bedding, dry walls, so the shape of the pool and the layout of the ground floor assume the shape and size of the dry walls. Due to the slope of the terrain, the plot is located on the ground floor with a cascading terrace 3-5m wide with a green curtain on a soil buffer of 90-120cm for smaller plants (oleander, oranges, etc.)
