The villa is located 7 km from Tivat, from Budva – 25 km, to Herceg Novi – 15 km, Kotor – 20 km and Dubrovnik – 55 km.
Kostanjica is a small cozy fishing village on the shore of the Boka Kotor Bay, at the entrance to the Risan Bay, next to the Verige Strait. A few kilometers away there is the ferry Kamenare - Lepetane, in the direction of Morinj andthe opposite bank lies the ancient city of Perast. It’s hard to say which place is more fascinating: medieval Perast, with its stone vaults, in which the spirit of brave sailors is still alive, or two islands, St. George and St. Mary on the Reef, located in the middle of the sea between Kostanjica and Perast.
In Kostanjica you will be greeted by an unusually clean sea, thanks to its “Morinj streams”, which mix it with many sources of fresh water, as well as amazingly clean air with the smell of laurel and plants such as chestnut, olive, oleander. Kostanjica jealously guards its privacy, and at the same time is only a few kilometers away from all important places in Boka.
