has 50 apartments ranging from 78 m2 to 138 m2 and is divided into two entrances. The first entrance includes a 12-storey building, and the second is a 5-storey building. All apartments in Block A are located 20 meters from the beach and have an open sea view. The reception, lobby and restaurant will be located on the ground floor in the first entrance. The second entrance will house a restaurant (and a cafe on the roof of the 6th floor, which can be reached by elevator) and two commercial premises (pharmacy and bar).

We conduct year-round monitoring of the safety of your property, servicing all the life support systems of the complex and apartments. We provide legal, notarial, insurance, tax and financial management support for your property. In your absence, we undertake the work of selecting tenants, renting out your property in order to ensure a stable income for your investments.
