The total area of 21.865 m2 is an investment project of the Marevita residential complex on the first line, 25 plots = 19 villas, 3 townhouses (6 apartments each), 1 hotel complex, 1 road plot, 1 park area. A concept and an ideological solution have been developed for the entire complex, the main projects are ready for the first phase (5 houses) (and for 2 houses out of five main projects, documents have been submitted for building permits and all approvals have been received), for the first 4 phases (individual residential development), technical specifications have been obtained - 17 plots (0.4/0.8 two above-ground floors). At the moment, the project has been presented in the Herceg Novi community, the location studio (mini DUP) is in development, since the 5th phase of the project - the hotel - falls into the tourist destination area), the project was presented in Podgorica at the Ministry of Tourism and a positive opinion and preliminary approval for future construction were received.
