As part of the first stage of construction, it is planned to build a school for 180 students, a public area, a supermarket, a medical center and an emergency services station, including the police and fire later stages of construction, which are still being worked out, it is planned to build a hospital or other healthcare facility and a higher educational institution. The residential buildings of the Centrale quarter represent a unique interpretation of the idea of year-round living on the coast. Their projects meet the highest standards and reflect Montenegro's architectural traditions, combining past and present, comfort and the latest technology.
