In the field of agrotourism, it is allowed to build a tourist facility with a maximum GROSS area of 200m2 (a tourist-hospitable facility with housing).The minimum land area is 1500m2. It is allowed to build auxiliary buildings that are used for housing.
The sites are located in a location that provides easy connection and technical connection to the local network. Access to the river (the boundaries of the cadastral area are located in the river itself) is unobstructed and can be used for any purpose that does not harm the environment.
