Two-storey house in Sutomore, area 144 m2, with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. Plot 157 m2. Not far from the beach. (10 minutes walk).
House structure:
1st floor – room, study, kitchen, combined bathroom/toilet, storage room. Terrace. Two rooms with separate entrances – laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryers, and utility room for storing things. The first floor has a separate floor, now cosmetic repairs have been done there, ready to receive guests and year-round living, equipped with household appliances: kettle, stove, refrigerator, boilers, air conditioners (work for heating and cooling).

The house is connected to high-speed Internet and has equipment. Water and sewerage are city water, in case of a water outage there is a reserve tank, a powerful pump. That is, in technical terms, there is always water in the house, even when the neighbors have interruptions.
There is a small garden plot near the house, where hydrangea (a large flowering bush), roses, lemon, cherry trees, kiwi, pomegranate tree, oleander (large) grow. Large olive tree. Perennials grow on the plot - various bulbous plants - crocuses, daffodils, tulips, hyacinths; tuberous cyclamens; decorative hosts, and aromatic herbs - mint, rosemary. (I also grew various annual spices like basil, etc. Perhaps they will sprout in the spring by self-seeding).
