Villa with private pool and views in the subu
The villa is located in a very quiet and cozy part of the resort village of Krimovica, away from busy roads. There is never any hustle and bustle here. Distance to the centre of Budva: 10 km. Distance to the sea: 900 m by air. From Krimovice to Tivat airport is about 15 minutes by car, to Budva – 10 minutes.
Not far from Krimovice there are three best beaches of the Budva Riviera: Jaz (3 km), Trstena (1.5 km) and Ploce (2.5 km) with full infrastructure (fish restaurants, shops, swimming pools, parking lots).
