A new luxury hotel complex is being built 50 meters from the sea, the second line from the beach in the center of Budva and 500 meters from the Old Town
The hotel has 154 residential units, of which 88 are hotel rooms on the lower floors and 66 luxury apartments with stunning sea views on floors 4-9 for sale
The area of the apartments ranges from 83 m2 to 246 m2, 6 penthouses on the upper floors
The hotel management company can effectively engage in leasing (at the owner's discretion)
On the ground floors there will be
- commercial premises,
- boutiques,
- 2 restaurants and cafes,
- spa and wellness center with swimming pools and a gym
- conference hall
On the underground levels (-2 and -1) 160 parking spaces are planned.
Payment terms
- 10,000 euros non-refundable reservation fee, which is included in the price
- upon signing the preliminary purchase and sale agreement - 25% of the cost,
- 25% upon completion of rough construction work
- 25% upon completion of finishing work
- 25% (including VAT) upon receipt of the key.
Completion of construction of the facility is scheduled for 2026.
