The unique house was built according to a design project in the picturesque village of Rejevichi. This quiet village combines the ancient atmosphere of a seaside town and the attractiveness of ancient sights. The architecture of the house fits perfectly into this atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by a garden surrounded by centuries-old trees. The cascading landscape area is decorated with marble cones and branches of Japanese cedar above the entrance gate, creating an atmosphere with aromas of forest and sea. Fences made of natural stones, greenery, hydrangea bushes, century-old cypresses and ancient olives, which are more than 150 years old, all this creates an amazing landscape. The plot also has a variety of fruit trees and exotic plants, which is a real paradise.
In the center of the garden there is a swimming pool made of beige stone with gold mosaic decoration. The pool is equipped with a waterfall, counterflow, Jacuzzi and heating, as well as technical equipment for use without chemicals and chlorine. A luxurious stone bench with flowerpots and carved stone backs made of rare young marble near the pool create a magnificent ensemble. The depth of the pool allows you to enjoy both sports swimming and relaxation. Outdoor furniture by the pool is made by special order and designed to blend harmoniously into the overall atmosphere of the house.

The structure of the house:
Ground floor: The first floor consists of an entrance hall with an elevator surrounded by a wide staircase, a large wardrobe for outerwear, oriental-style mirrors and armchairs. Through a carved arch, we immediately enter the dining-living room, from which there is a fireplace room with upholstered sofas. On the other side of the dining room, you can see a large sliding door decorated with stained glass and crystal panes, behind it there is a kitchen and toilet, as well as steps to the basement and a second exit to the courtyard, where the building with a hammam is located. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the terraces and garden to the pool.
Second floor:
The second floor has 3 bedrooms with their own luxurious bedrooms. This part of the house is filled with love and light, there are many decorative techniques, elements, everything is here for convenience, for living for pleasure. The master bedroom, it's a gem in the whole villa. A large bedroom area, with painted walls by a famous artist, and a cozy fireplace with upholstered chairs. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows with access to terraces overlooking the endless sea. From the terrace, there is a view of the relict grove of olives, the neighboring villages and cypresses that surround the villa and create a magnificent ensemble created by nature, the sea, cypresses, grove, pool in the courtyard. Behind the wide and high doors leading to the bathroom, there is a room for relaxation and enjoyment of life, a cast-iron bathtub made by Devon on lion paws, located directly opposite the window, opposite there is a shower room from the same manufacturer, cabinets, armchairs, a Venetian mirror above the washbasin, handmade turn-down lamps assembled according to exclusive sketches, various cute interior details in the niches above the wardrobe, there is a portal made of stone columns and thin curtains made of georgette.
