This unique home was built according to a custom design project in the picturesque village of Reževići. This peaceful village combines the historic atmosphere of a seaside settlement with the charm of ancient landmarks. The architecture of the house blends perfectly into this setting. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with centuries-old trees. The cascading landscape is decorated with marble pinecones and branches of Japanese cedar above the entrance gates, creating an atmosphere filled with the scents of forest and sea. Natural stone fences, greenery, hydrangea bushes, ancient cypresses, and olive trees over 150 years old create an extraordinary landscape. The property also features various fruit trees and exotic plants — a true paradise corner.

At the center of the garden is a swimming pool made of beige stone with gold mosaic finishing. The pool is equipped with a waterfall, counter-current system, jacuzzi, and heating, as well as technical equipment allowing operation without chemicals or chlorine. A luxurious stone bench with flowerpots and carved marble backrests made from rare young marble near the pool creates a magnificent ensemble. The depth of the pool allows for both sports swimming and relaxation. The outdoor furniture around the pool was custom-made and specially designed to harmonize with the overall atmosphere of the house.

Behind the house there is a separate building with a hammam, providing an opportunity for relaxation and wellness treatments. The property also includes gazebos for pleasant meals and tea gatherings.

First floor:
The first floor consists of an entrance hall with an elevator surrounded by a wide staircase, a large wardrobe for outerwear, oriental-style mirrors, and armchairs. Through a carved archway, you enter the dining and living area, leading into a fireplace lounge with soft sofas. On the other side of the dining room is a large sliding door decorated with stained glass and crystal inserts, behind which are the kitchen, a guest toilet, stairs to the lower level, and a second exit to the inner courtyard where the hammam building is located. From all rooms on the first floor there is access to terraces and the garden with the swimming pool.

Second floor:
The second floor features 3 bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. This part of the house is filled with light, warmth, and numerous decorative elements designed for comfort and enjoyment.

The master bedroom is the jewel of the villa. It offers a spacious layout, hand-painted walls by a famous artist, and a cozy fireplace with soft armchairs. Large floor-to-ceiling windows lead to terraces overlooking the endless sea horizon. The terrace offers views of a relic olive grove, neighboring villages, and cypress trees surrounding the villa, creating a magnificent natural composition of sea, cypresses, groves, and the courtyard pool. Behind the large double doors leading to the bathroom lies a true relaxation area featuring a Devon cast-iron bathtub on lion paws positioned directly opposite the window, a matching shower cabin, wardrobes, armchairs, a Venetian mirror above the sink, handmade stained-glass lamps created from exclusive sketches, decorative interior details in wall niches, a portal of stone columns, and delicate georgette curtains. All of this creates an atmosphere of luxury and comfort where everyone can feel like royalty.

The second bedroom is located in the center of the floor between the master and third bedroom. It includes a nanny alcove, artist-painted botanical garden murals, luxurious 18th-century-inspired décor with a bronze chandelier and antique parrots, mirrored wardrobes, a writing desk by the window, and a uniquely decorated bathroom, creating an atmosphere of elegance and coziness.

The third bedroom is designed in a colonial style with a large bed featuring a leather headboard and oriental elements. The room also includes a cozy reading niche and a matching bathroom with a mosaic shower cabin and luxurious stained-glass wall lamps.

Third floor:
The third floor is a cozy loft-style space with leather sofas designed for gentlemen’s club gatherings, poker games, chess, and engaging conversations. The space includes a bed separated by bookshelves, a separate dressing room, and a large bathroom in masculine tones with a tropical shower featuring changing lighting.
