Education
To get a secondary or higher education in English, you do not have to travel far. Groningen is a student city with universities that are included in the world rankings: Groningen University and Hanze University of Applied Sciences. The estate has a general commercial purpose. According to Dutch law, this means that its owner has the right to a temporary residence permit in the Netherlands if he organizes a business on its basis.
If the business develops and creates jobs, the owner will be able to submit a request for the renewal of a temporary residence permit into a permanent one.
