Description

3.7 acres (1.5 hectares) of fertile land in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines directly from the owner. Inexpensive!

The state of Saint Vincent consists of a chain of tropical islands.

This plot of land is located on the main island, not far from the capital of the state. The island is washed by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. Neighboring countries are Santa Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago.

If you dream of having your own tropical garden, this offer is for you! A good investment for the future. A great place to build a villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the capital of St. Vincent - Kingstown. Land plots in this area are constantly rising in price. At the moment, the price of this plot is lower than in general on the land market in the Caribbean islands and in St. Vincent in particular.

When purchasing land, a tax of 10% is paid to the state treasury. Of which 5% is paid by the seller and 5% by the buyer. The purchase of real estate gives an easier right to acquire citizenship of the state of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which allows visa-free entry into all countries of the Caribbean region, Western and Eastern Europe (Schengen), Great Britain, Ireland, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Citizenship is acquired for an additional fee.

Saint Vincent is a financial offshore. St. Vincent banks work with all world banks in the USA, Great Britain, Germany and other countries.

This plot has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. No buildings will be able to block the view of the sea from this site. There is an asphalt road from the city of Kingstown and about 100 meters of dirt road directly to the site, along which a car can easily drive. You will have your own waterfall where you can swim on a hot day. And the warm sea is a maximum of 10 minutes by transport. You can swim every day!

St. Vincent has very cheap utility costs. Electricity and water will cost peanuts compared to Europe. You can afford to build a pool and fill it with water cheaply compared to, for example, Spain, where maintaining a pool is very expensive.

The following trees are planted on the site: macadamia nuts, cashews, guava, papaya, cinnamon, noni, avocado (including rare varieties ordered from Florida) and other valuable species of trees and fruits. There are about a hundred coffee trees producing several bags of their excellent coffee per year. The land is fertile, one of the best quality for farming in the Caribbean. Pineapples, passion fruit, carambola grow well, not to mention bananas and coconuts. Root vegetables: ginger, turmeric, sweet potato, yam.

Two large streams of clean water flow along the two boundaries of the site, which is important for running any agricultural enterprise.

Just 10 minutes drive from the capital! About 12 kilometers to the new international airport, which was completed a few years ago, and 3 kilometers to the seaport, from which you can visit many other tropical islands by boat.

We will help with paperwork. In any case, every St. Vincent notary will be able to complete the transaction. All transactions are carried out only through the state cadastral register of land ownership, after which you are given a title deed with a full description of the site, its cadastral number and a site plan indicating all reference points.

It takes half an hour to fly from Barbados to St. Vincent. There is a direct flight from London Gatwick to St Vincent's International Airport. There are also direct flights from the USA and Canada.

Citizens of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine do not need a visa to visit St. Vincent. A visa for a month is issued directly at the airport and then extended if necessary.
