The house near the Tornik ski resort, a 5-minute drive away and 6 km from the center of Zlatibor.
300 m² of usable space on 700 m² of land, fenced and planted with thuja trees.

The house consists of three independent residential units.

The ground floor houses separate apartments of 60 m² each, equipped with 9 kW electric boilers for underfloor heating and private wood-burning fireplaces. The second floor features a 180 m² apartment equipped with its own wood-burning stove and a 19 kW electric boiler for underfloor heating. The stove is large and can be connected to either central heating or wood-burning stoves.

The building has four bathrooms and four kitchens.
The ground floor apartments have one bedroom and large living rooms. The second floor features a large living room/terrace with a 50 m² gazebo.
All woodwork is finished in brown tones. The building has its own water source at a depth of 75 m; water samples were taken and confirmed to be of high quality.

In front of the house is a 16 m² summerhouse with its own connections.
Lighting and light sensors are installed on all sides of the house, and there is video surveillance with eight cameras on each side, each with 1 terabyte of storage for 30 days of recording. The house is insured with Delta Generali. The garage has space for two cars. The house's foundation cost a significant amount of money; it has maximum thermal and waterproofing, and is designed for seven stories. The building's building coefficient is 0.9, allowing for an additional 310 m² to be added to the existing building.
The view is beautiful from all sides.
There are 62 thuja trees in total, as well as other saplings adapted to mountain conditions.
