A 6-building complex is under construction near the Aqua park. Layout: basement + GF + 2 floors + attic, with : elevator, air conditioning, heating - electric radiators. A total of 105 apartments, ranging in area from 24 to 59 sqm, 80 parking spaces. The complex will also have a swimming pool, a children's playground, and a cafe. The price of apartments on the basement floor is 1,650 euros / sqm (including 10% VAT), the price of other apartments is 1,870 euros / sqm (including 10% VAT). The price of a parking space is 6,000 euros (including 20% ​​VAT). Payment in installments during construction is possible: 30% on the day of signing the contract, 4 payments of 15% each and 10% upon occupancy. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026 and be completed in November 2027. Buying directly from an investor means the buyer pays no commission!

Vrnjacka Banja is the oldest and most visited spa in Serbia. It is known for its numerous hot springs, with a temperature of 37.5°C, which corresponds to the temperature of the human body and is therefore ideal for use. It is used to treat diabetes, chronic intestinal inflammation and jaundice, gallbladder disease, ulcers, and other conditions. The spa is located at the foot of Mount Goch (1,216 m above sea level).
