Apartment in installments in the spa center
A 6-building complex is under construction near the Aqua park. Layout: basement + GF + 2 floors + attic, with : elevator, air conditioning, heating - electric radiators. A total of 105 apartments, ranging in area from 24 to 59 sqm, 80 parking spaces. The complex will also have a swimming pool, a children's playground, and a cafe. The price of apartments on the basement floor is 1,650 euros / sqm (including 10% VAT), the price of other apartments is 1,870 euros / sqm (including 10% VAT). The price of a parking space is 6,000 euros (including 20% VAT). Payment in installments during construction is possible: 30% on the day of signing the contract, 4 payments of 15% each and 10% upon occupancy. Vrnjacka Banja is the oldest and most visited spa in Serbia.
