It is clad in indigenous Istrian sandstone and has the warm homely look of a real Istrian house with blue wooden shutters. It has a boiler room with oil-fired central heating. There is electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms and on the glazed terrace upstairs and partial underfloor heating in the downstairs and apartment. The house is fully furnished.

The home’s stone wood-burning stove and round stone barbecue are attached to the corner of the house and are of extremely fine workmanship. The chimney is stone-roofed and works perfectly. Plans and technical preparations have been made for the installation of the swimming pools.

The lower floor comprises: a self-contained and completely separate three-bedroom apartment, a boiler room and laundry room, garage space, storage room, workshop. Garden.

Upper floor comprises: living room with kitchen and dining area and glazed terrace as a lounge/gym/breakfast room + large open terrace with canopy and beautiful sea views, two bedrooms (one with access to the terrace), entrance hall and bright and airy bathroom.
