The estate includes hotels and apartments, a wellness center, premises for agrotourism, historical buildings and several hectares of arable land.

The location of the property itself, as well as its existing infrastructure, represent a great potential for an excellent tourist product that needs a good brand, a clear vision and a target audience. Communication with representatives of other tourist destinations in the region is also extremely important, as is a good knowledge of the location itself.

LOCATION OF THE OBJECT:

The tourist complex "Herk" is located 12 km from the main road Dravograd-Maribor, at an altitude of 1036 meters in the village of Saint Erney in the municipality of Muta in Carinthia.

This object, in its current form, has been present on the Slovenian real estate market since 2009.

The Herk property has a strategically advantageous geographical location. It is located on the top of a plateau, in the heart of forests and mountains, from where a panoramic view of the surroundings of the picturesque region opens.
