A unique historical house in the Bascha Valley, located in the Koritnica area, under the bridge over the Koritnica River. The house, built in 1840, was adapted in 1977 and covers an area of 200 m2. It includes a ground floor, a second floor and an attic, with a total land area of 1.356 m2. The house is partly stone, partly brick, and requires complete restoration or replacement of the structure.
