* A 30% advance payment of the planned stay is required upon booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 45 days before arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable.
* A security deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival. The security deposit is returned upon departure of the guests, taking into account any damage caused to the property.
* Cleaning is paid additionally. Final cleaning is paid before arrival - 250€. Cleaning on request - 15€ per hour.
