A team of architects specializing in biocompatible architecture paid special attention to the microclimate of the site. We used thick walls with air-filled chambers and polyurethane insulation, which allows us to create ideal conditions inside the house: warm in winter and cool in summer.

The decoration of the villa delights guests thanks to the use of noble IROKO wood, which ideally complements the interior, a large number of built-in wardrobes, a comfortable dressing room in the main bedroom. Cladding and special Microconcrete finishing on the terraces ensures durability and protection from external influences.

The open spaces of the villa are filled with light and air. The magnificent kitchen-dining room, framed by an almost 5-meter sliding window, blurs the boundaries between home and garden, creating a feeling of unity with nature. This is an ideal place for family gatherings and friendly parties.

All construction work was carried out in compliance with strict quality standards and under the supervision of external inspections. A space has been created here that reflects a concept of living based on simplicity, space, respect for the environment and harmony.
