The apartment is located in Marbella, just 400 meters from Playa de Artola beach and a 15-minute walk from the port of Cabopino, famous for its cozy restaurants. The path to the beach passes through the picturesque dunes of Artola, which are part of a protected nature reserve. Description of the apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor. From the garage, you take the elevator up, enter the door and enter the hallway. On the right there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace, overlooking the garden and pool. Opposite there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. On the utility balcony you will find a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment has two bedrooms:
