Land on Costa Brava, Spain

A plot of land with an area of 33,500 sq.m. on the Costa Brava is located in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Nou near Playa de Haro.

There is a permit to divide into 12 separate plots and build private individual houses on 11 of them and allocate 1 plot for a communal zone. It is possible to divide into a different number of plots, but without exceeding the norm of 11 cottages.

There is also a permit for the use of land for the construction of a hotel.

All construction permits have been obtained.
