A 33,500 sq.m. plot of land on the Costa Brava is located in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Noune, far from Playa de Haro.

There is a permit to divide into 12 separate plots and build 11 of them private individual houses and allocate 1 plot for a communal area. It is possible to divide into a different number of plots, but without exceeding the norm of 11 cottages.

There is also a permit to use the land for the construction of the hotel.

All building permits have been obtained.
