4th floor – laundry room, technical room (gas boiler room) There are water-powered solar panels on the roof of the hotel, the use of which significantly reduces the consumption of gas consumed. Natural gas is connected to the hotel.
The hotel is the "youngest" in the city. It is located 200 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the city center, next to the REINA SOFIA Park.

This castle, which was badly damaged after the earthquake in 1829, was partially restored.
