This cozy house is characterized by pleasant outdoor areas and bright rooms inside. At the entrance there is a small garden with two large cacti and two orange trees, creating a warm Mediterranean atmosphere.
From the garden there is an entrance to a spacious veranda, which can be used all year round due to its east-west orientation and electric heating. A great place to relax or as an additional living area.
Inside there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. On the first level there is a bedroom with a ceiling fan and a bathroom with a shower. At the end of the living room there is a laundry room connecting the house to the second garden on the north side, where there is a bicycle storage room and a workshop.
A staircase leads to the second level, where there are two bright bedrooms, one of which is equipped with air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the mountains and the salt lake.
On the third level there is another veranda with a bunk bed and air conditioning. From here you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the mountains, the salt lake and, in the distance, the sea.
