Villa @ Seabreeze Residence
Seabreeze Residence is a well maintained place perfect for holidays or living permanently. It has 60 villas, each with lovely gardens that add to the peaceful atmosphere. Most owners are from Western countries, giving it an international vibe. There’s a big pool area with a restaurant and bar (open seasonally) for relaxation. The Villa is the biggest type in the residence and even has its own guest house in the garden. Much of the furniture is made of special and costly hand-carved solid wood from Thailand. This corner land plot offers both privacy and proximity to the beach entrance. With ample space, it allows for the construction of a private swimming pool alongside the terraces. The area is just a short walk from the beach and right in the heart of Mae Phim Beach’s residential area.
