The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of one of Phuket's famous beaches, Rawai, which is a marina for many boats sailing to the surrounding beautiful islands! Everything you need during your vacation or business trip is 600 meters away: restaurants with Thai and European cuisine, grocery stores, motorcycle and car rentals, laundries, massage parlors, etc.
Our apartment with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains is located on the 7th floor and it is sure to become your second home during your stay in Phuket! The apartment has 2 comfortable King-size double beds and a pull-out sofa, which is ideal for large families with children, couples and groups of friends! All amenities are at your service.:

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils that you may need during your vacation;

- Pull-out sofa in the living room - can be converted into a full double bed; an additional set of bed linen for the sofa is provided free of charge if you request at least 2 days before arrival (see the Rules of Accommodation);
- 2 Separate bedrooms with panoramic views: each bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed with an expensive mattress, a work space and access to the bathroom;
- 2 modern spacious bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower cabin adjacent to each bedroom;
- We provide a set of towels for each guest: a beach towel, a bath towel and a face towel;
- We provide weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels (for more information, see the "Rules of Accommodation");
- Electricity and water are provided free of charge (for more information, see the "Rules of Accommodation");
- We provide a baby cot (0-2 years old) and a high chair free of charge upon request at least 2 days before check-in;
- We can arrange the rental of passenger cars (the minimum period is 7 days; please specify the prices depending on the season);

The complex is located just a 10-minute walk from Rawai Beach, on the southernmost side of the island. Please note that Rawai Beach is known for its well-developed infrastructure and unique seafood market, but is not very suitable for swimming. The water level here is very dependent on the tides. The beach has become a haven for many local boats that take tourists to nearby islands, so there are few people swimming here, except for local children and tourists heading to their boats. The wide variety of restaurants along the coast and the truly outstanding seafood market have made Rawai a popular lunch or dinner destination for both tourists and locals. Yanui Beach, famous for its magnificent scuba diving, is only 2 km away, 5 minutes by car or bike, or about 30 minutes on foot. Naiharn Beach, which is considered one of the best beaches in Phuket, is only 3 km from the apartment, which will not take more than 7 minutes to get by car or bike.:
- A 10-minute walk to Rawai Beach, the most famous harbor beach for many local boats that take tourists to nearby islands;
- Less than 10 minutes walk (~600 m) to the nearest 7-Eleven store, ATM, car and bicycle rental, many seafood and European cuisine restaurants and bars;
- Tops Rawayana Phuket is a nice small supermarket where you can find everything you need, as well as a number of other shops (for example, Starbucks, etc.) - conveniently located in a 4-minute drive (1.2 km);
- 2 km to Yanui Beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket for scuba diving;
- 3 km to Naiharna Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket;
- Rawai Seafood Market, 1.9 km away, is the best place to feast on freshly caught fish and also buy it home if you like to cook yourself!))
- Quiet and safe area with guarded entrance to the complex;
- Only 15 minutes drive to Chalong Ring and pier;
- 7 km to Makro Cash & Carry and Tesco - the best place to buy drinks and food;
