The complex is conveniently located just 550 meters from one of Phuket's best beaches, Nai Yang, part of Sirinat National Park! Everything you need during your vacation is 500 meters away: convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, motorcycle and car rentals, laundry, massage and spa services, etc.
Our apartment is located on the 4th floor in Building D, and it is sure to become your second home during your stay in Phuket. The apartment has two comfortable queen size beds, which is ideal for families with children, as well as for relaxing with friends! The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for your comfortable stay in Phuket! All amenities are at your service.:
- Free Wi-FI, dedicated high-speed line;
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils that you may need during your vacation;
- A large selection of good quality electrical appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, safe, microwave, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer, etc.;
- 2 TVs in the apartment: 49” LED TV with cable TV and an HDMI cable for connecting to a laptop in the living room; 43” LED TV with cable TV in the bedroom;
- 2 Separate bedrooms in the apartment:
The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with an expensive and comfortable mattress;
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a special topper.;
- 2 separate bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms;
- Private small balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea;
- We provide a set of towels for each guest: a beach towel, a bath towel and a face towel;
- We provide a weekly change of bed linen and towels (see "Accommodation Rules");
- Electricity and water are provided free of charge (see "Accommodation Rules");
- We can arrange the rental of passenger cars (the minimum period is 7 days; please specify the prices depending on the season);
- Transfer arrangements (see "Accommodation Rules").

Important note:
Please keep in mind that the area is actively developing, so construction work is underway on the adjacent sites. Loud noise may be heard between June 6 and July 31., 2025, 10:00 - 17:00. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!
A luxurious and brand new condominium is located within walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket - Nai Yang! Despite its proximity to the entertainment industry and the entire infrastructure, this paradise is a very peaceful and quiet place.

Important information

Rules of accommodation:
- We provide water and electricity for free, but we kindly ask you to use it within reasonable limits, since the monthly electricity bill can go up to 8,000 baht (if you do not turn off the air conditioners at all);
- We are pleased to offer a weekly change of linen and towels for free for a long stay of more than 12 days. The apartment has all the necessary cleaning equipment - a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a mop. We can offer additional cleaning with replacement of bed linen and towels for 800 baht;
- Check-in time is after 15:00, check-out time is before 11:00. If possible, we are always happy to provide additional time for free, provided that the next guest is no longer waiting at the door.;
***Please note that check-in after 19:00 p.m. is only possible when using our transfer service!
- We will be happy to arrange a transfer from the airport for you. Our driver will meet you at the exit with a sign in his hands. Rates: daytime from 5 a.m. to 21:59 p.m. - 500 baht; night time from 22:00 p.m. to 4:59 a.m. - 700 baht. We are also happy to arrange a minibus for an additional fee of 200 baht. We recommend booking an airport transfer from us! The cost of our transfer is almost the same as that of a taxi at the airport. Drivers usually don't know the addresses and don't use navigators or maps. Therefore, many of our guests, who organized the transfer on their own, have great difficulty finding their way to the apartment. If you decide to get there on your own, save the location in your phone using GPS so that you can show it to the driver later. Taxi drivers usually ask for the hotel's phone number, but we are not in the hotel and often cannot explain over the phone how to find us.
