The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance from one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches, Kata! Everything you need during your vacation or business trip is 300 meters away: restaurants with Thai and European cuisine, grocery stores, motorcycle and car rentals, laundries, massage parlors, etc.
Our apartment is located on the 7th floor (corner apartment) and it will definitely become your second home during your stay in Phuket! The apartment has a bed and a pull-out sofa, which is ideal for a family with children or a couple. All amenities are at your service.:

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils that you may need during your vacation;
- A large selection of good quality electrical appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer, etc.
- 2 LED TVs with cable TV and an HDMI cable for connecting to a laptop;
- Pull-out sofa - can be converted into a full double bed; An additional set of bed linen for the sofa is provided free of charge if you request at least 2 days before arrival (see the Rules of Accommodation);
- A separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, access to a balcony and a private bathroom;
- Private balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view;
- We provide a set of towels for each guest: a beach towel, a bath towel and a face towel;
- We provide a weekly change of bed linen and towels (see the Rules of Accommodation);
- Electricity and water are provided free of charge (for more information, see Rules of accommodation).
- We provide a baby cot (0-2 years old) and a high chair free of charge upon request at least 2 days before check-in;
- We can arrange the rental of passenger cars (the minimum period is 7 days; please specify the prices depending on the season);
