Villa Aria is an individual villa with extensive gardens, carefully designed for an unforgettable vacation for families or small groups of friends. From the tasteful art, the fresh white linens, to the fully equipped and modern kitchen, every detail of Villa Aria has been thought out for discerning travelers.

Villa Aria is not too big to accommodate a single family, but it is large enough to accommodate a large family and friends. The guest rooms provide exceptional privacy, each with individual access, but connected by a breeze wrapped around the pool. The villa is easily rented out to individual guests, professionally managed by Knight Frank and always maintained at a high level.

The villa has a unique spacious outdoor space, rarely available in Phuket, with an area of 1,700 square meters with a beautiful manicured lawn and gardens with mature tropical plants; coconut palms, banana trees, bougainvillea, frangipani, birds of paradise.

Villa Aria has a 15-meter private saltwater pool, designed with a large shallow area of 1 meter, ideal for relaxing or children's games.

What is available to the guest

Guests have full access to the entire villa. Some of the highlights are:

The master suite - with beautifully crafted vaulted ceilings and double doors that fully overlook the pool and garden - is a luxurious and private space that easily brings wide gardens to the bedroom.

The suite is tastefully furnished with custom-made modern furniture with eclectic touches such as a coffee table made from restored railroad ties and pieces of rattan with a colonial colonial colonial flavor. Custom paintings in soothing shades were commissioned for the apartments.

The suite has a king-size double bed, a separate living area, a dressing area and a luxurious bathroom. The study, to which a cot or a baby's sliding bed can be added, is attached directly to the master bedroom, giving parents their own space but complete peace of mind.

A separate guest bungalow. Built separately from the main villa, this is a quaint detached guest bungalow. The bungalow still has a private view and access to the gardens and pool.

The bungalow has a queen-size bed and four more single beds in the sitting area. The decor is sumptuous in muted bronze and gold hues, decorated with impressive Jim Thompson wall panels and antique prints from London's famous Portobello Market.

There are two additional guest suites, one with a king-size double bed and its own luxurious bathroom. The other is a double room with two single beds, a shower and a toilet.

Pets:
We have four beautiful cats. They were rescued over the years when we were in Phuket. They live in our garden and are friendly, if not a little shy. But please say hello!

THE GREEN VILLA:
We try to make our villa as environmentally friendly as possible. We recommend that guests reuse towels wherever possible, and keep in mind that we are impacting the planet by using air conditioning and water. We change towels and sheets, working twice a week. If you want them to change more often, let us know. Beach towels and pool towels are provided as additional towels for the bathroom.

LONG-TERM RENT AND UTILITIES:
The discount for a longer period of more than 2 weeks is automatically reduced. However, we do not include utilities at discounted prices. Utilities are paid at cost. Our villa manager will record the readings on arrival and departure. We will request payment for utilities upon check-out. We will be happy to send a payment request via Air BNB after your departure, if this is preferable.
