Management:
The complex is managed by the international hotel group Wyndham. The complex has a hotel license, and the apartments are rented as hotel rooms under the Wyndham La Vita 5 * (Mercury) brand.
Profitability: rental income will be distributed between the owner and the hotel in a ratio of 80% / 20%, in favor of the owner. The Rental pool program with Wyndham La Vita 5 * will be available for a period of 5 years, with the possibility of further extension.
Description of the complex: Wyndham La Vita 5 * is 5 unusual pools - 4 of them are located around the buildings and, thanks to the slope, are connected by cascading waterfalls. The fifth infinity pool, with stunning sea views, is located right on the rooftop of the lobby. Another distinctive feature is the "soft corners" throughout the complex. Almost every building has undulating curves and a rounded roof, which visually smoothes all corners and makes the project more streamlined. Also, in the apartments themselves, there are practically no sharp corners, so the project has an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. In one of the buildings of Wyndham La Vita 5 *, the entire first floor is occupied by the infrastructure - this is a massage parlor, a spa complex, a gym, a children's game club and a billiard club.
