Note:
Prior to the next payment installment, the project will send an invoice 7 to 15 days in advance. If payment is made later than the due date, an interest rate of 15% per annum will be applied to the outstanding balance, or the previously agreed discount may be revoked.
For international transfers, the project will consider the payment date as the date when the funds are received in the recipient's bank account in Thailand, not the date the transfer was made. Typically, international transfers may take 5 to 7 business days to complete.
If the customer fails to make payments on time or in the agreed amounts, the discount will be recalculated in the final installment. This will be specified in the booking contract and price list.
Pricing Clarification Notice
The prices indicated are for leasehold purchases only, with a 30-year lease included at the time of signing the contract or during payment installments with the project. The lease can be extended twice, making the total lease period no more than 90 years, including the installment period after handover.
For foreign freehold ownership, additional costs will apply, calculated based on the area indicated in the title deed at 13,000 THB per square meter. This amount cannot be financed through a loan and must be paid in full on the handover date.
The furniture included in the fully furnished units will be the project's standard furniture. This does not include branded furniture options, which will incur additional costs. The brand fee is 12,325 THB per square meter, and additional fees for the furniture itself may also apply.
