An open living, dining and kitchen area is located on the middle floor. There is also a separate bedroom, private bathroom, laundry room and guest toilet.
On the top floor is one of the two main bedrooms. It has a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a separate dressing room. The special feature of this bedroom is the round doors overlooking the bay.
The second master bedroom is so large that it takes up the entire downstairs. It has its own office and living space, as well as a double bed.
