In a closed and guarded area there are 16 villas with 3 bedrooms and a variable number of floors of 2 or 3 floors. The price includes finishing, air conditioning, kitchen units and plumbing in the bathrooms. For an additional fee, a package of built-in furniture, decorative elements, cutlery, towels and bed linen can be installed.
There is also a “Smart Home” package, which includes cloud application management, remote home monitoring, a real-time CCTV camera, smart curtains, climate control, and guest access to the house. Additionally, an elevator can be installed.
