Based on the concept design of Modern Zen focusing on simple, tranquil, relaxed, yet stylish. An idea of courtyard house with garden inside the building is added to the house design to be seen from all major rooms enhancing the feeling of calm and peace and make the house be spacious and interesting.
All rooms are designed to be bright and well ventilated, with high ceilings and glass doors and windows. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a sunken bathtub in the master bedroom overlooking the pool or garden.
