There are two construction phases on the territory of the complex. The first phase starts in the fall of 2023 and includes 7 low-rise buildings with 141 apartments. Here you will find parking for 140 cars, a lobby, a restaurant, a bar with sea views and several swimming pools, including a rooftop one with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. As well as security, 24-hour video surveillance and management.
The apartments are rented with a fine finish, built-in plumbing and furniture. A complete furniture package is available at an additional cost.
