Mansion in Bodrum, Turkey, 450 m²

The mansions are located between Turkbuku and Gundogan, in the most attractive corner of Bodrum, on the unique Kucukbuk peninsula. Easy access to the main areas, 5 minutes to Gundogan, 15 minutes to Yalikavak. In this exclusive project consisting of 32 mansions on a plot of 50,350 sq. m., all the living spaces were designed by internationally renowned and award-winning Turkish architects. The mansions are designed in such a way that the beautiful sea can be seen from each mansion. They are processed by 11 different types of materials, such as natural stone, wood and concrete. Landscaping was approached as the most important part of the project, and as a result, entire mansions were practically hidden in the green area of the bay, which makes them secluded and comfortable. The complex has 1 km of coastline, private berths, 250 m. long beach with private changing cabins.
