The villa is a modern building with 4 bedrooms and a spacious and well-equipped outdoor terrace. In the games room you can play table tennis and table football, and in the rooftop bar and in the relaxation area there is an additional place for an evening refreshing drink. The villa is located above Calamar Bay, within walking distance of Calamar Beach Club, local bars, shops and restaurants. The center of Kalkan, the harbor and the city beach are about 2 minutes away (or 15-20 minutes walk downhill).
The layout of the three floors is organized as follows:
Ground floor:
The open-plan living room has a well-equipped kitchen with an island with an electric stove. There is also a water cooler, refrigerator with freezer, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The dining area can accommodate 8 people, and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa with a large oval coffee table and a flat-screen TV.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace.
There is also a dressing room and a toilet on this level.
Second floor:
Bedroom 1 – a double bedroom with a TV and a private shower room. Balcony with sea view, table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 – a double bedroom with a TV and a private shower room. Balcony with sea view, table and chairs.
Bedroom 3 is a bedroom with two single beds, a TV and a private shower room. Juliet is on the balcony.
The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are in the closet on the landing.
Second floor:
Bedroom 4 – a bedroom with a double bed, TV, shower room and access to the roof terrace of the villa. It has a panoramic view and is equipped with a bar (with refrigerator and sink) and comfortable armchairs.
Outside the villa:
Infinity pool with stairs, jacuzzi area and shallow area.
The pool terrace also has a shaded outdoor dining area, as well as a barbecue area and plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable seating.
There is also table tennis and table football, as well as a shower by the pool.
