This project is the author’s and the only one in Alanya at the moment.
Türkler is a small village located on the territory of Alanya.
It is famous for its pleasant climate, picturesque mountain views and golden sand beaches.
There are many palm trees, banana and orange trees growing here, so tourists are surrounded by greenery everywhere.
Since there are only about four thousand inhabitants, most of the population are tourists who come for a beach holiday.
Distance to the center – 500 meters, to the beach – 130 meters. The nearest airport is Gazipasa 60 km.
The complex will consist of one block. On the ground floors there will be shopping complexes, on the upper floors there will be two-story penthouses.
The complex will have good infrastructure. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for August 2022.
